THE SIRT FOOD DIET

This particular diet is near and dear to my heart. I was fortunate enough to be present and involved in it’s creation. I am a huge advocate of this nutritional lifestyle and all of my clients that I have put on this meal plan have reaped major benefits from it. It’s a diet that focuses on INCLUSION and not DEPRIVATION!

With founders Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten

Q: WHAT ARE SIRTFOODS?

• They are foods that are rich in special nutrients that when consumed, are able to activate the “skinny genes” in our bodies known as SIRTUINS.

• These nutrients are found in plants and provide the same benefits of fasting but without it’s shortcomings with regards to hunger, irritability, fatigue and muscle loss.

• Examples of Sirtfoods include extra virgin olive oil, capers, red onions, parsley, kale, walnuts, strawberries, chilli, soy products, cocoa, green tea and coffee.

Q: WHAT EFFECTS WILL A SIRTFOOD-RICH DIET HAVE ON ME?

• Sirtfoods act as master regulators of our metabolism. By not only stimulating fat burning, they also promote muscle gain and increases in cellular fitness.

• You will feel and look better and have more energy.

• By combining a diet packed with Sirtfoods with moderate calorie restriction, the Sirtfood Diet has been clinically proven to achieve a weight loss of 7lbs (3.2kg) in seven days. This includes maintaining or increasing muscle as well as programming the body for lasting and sustainable weight-loss success.

Q: IS THIS DIET NEW OR OLD?

• SIrtfoods may be a recent nutritional discovery in the science world but there has been evidence that they have been key ingredients in traditional diets all over the world associated with markedly less obesity and disease and increased longevity such as the Mediterranean and Japanese diets.

Q: WILL THE SIRTFOOD DIET WORK FOR ME?

• It will work for anyone who wants to lose weight and become healthier

• It doesn’t require you to perform severe calorie restrictions

• It doesn’t demand grueling exercise regimes

• Its neither expensive nor time consuming

• All the foods recommended are widely available

• Only piece of kit you need is a juicer.
